This personal Tour is the best way to explore the contrasts of behavior between the two dynasties that have ruled Spain (with brief interruptions) from 1516 until the present time, the Habsburgs and the Bourbons.
We will pick you up at your hotel and drive you to the Prado Museum where we will begin a private tour of the most important art gallery in the world between the fifteenth and eighteenth centuries.
Thereafter, we will proceed to the Royal Palace where you will discover the luxurious lifestyle of the Bourbon kings and the wonderful creations of the royal workshops founded by the first Bourbon king of Spain.

In a 20 minute drive our vehicle will make its way into charming country roads flanked by beautiful agricultural landscapes until we reach Colmenar de Oreja, a beautiful village situated between the Rivers Tajo and Tajuña. We will admire here as well the spectacular and recently restored Museum of Ulpiano Checa (one of the most unique Spanish post-Romantic painters whose splendid works transcend academic style display an overwhelming expressive power. We will then proceed to the Jesus Diaz wine cellars located in an old Renaissance building, which has been rehabilitated and suitably adapted. Here we will delight our palate with a surprising and memorable array of white wines, rosé and red wines .
